Find the opportunity. Understand the opportunity. Act on the opportunity — and see whether your team followed through.
The Manager Console helps you turn market demand signals into clear sales direction. Your team can then use Call Prep Intelligence to understand what those signals mean, develop relevant conversations, and act on your Flight Plan. You remain in control of the priorities and the approach.
Where the week starts
Your regional dashboard highlights facilities showing potential staffing demand. Depending on the market, these signals may include active job advertisements, reported staffing shortfalls, and existing agency utilization. These are indicators of potential opportunity, not guarantees that a facility is ready to buy.
Review the market, identify where demand appears strongest, and decide where you want your team concentrating its attention. You do not have to pursue every opportunity: focus on the best opportunities for your available resources.
Four minutes · every Monday
Your Flight Plan turns market intelligence into a practical calling directive for your team.
Illustrative example: 30 target accounts using the default 60 / 25 / 15 split. Actual allocation may be rounded. The recommended plan is a starting point, not a restriction.
One button
Once you are satisfied, select Save. Your Flight Plan is stored against your account and becomes available in the Team Console when your team next loads it. You can also prepare an email version or copy a shareable link.
Managing multiple regions? Each region has its own Flight Plan. The console shows capacity already committed elsewhere, so you can see what is left before you overallocate the same team.
What happens next
Your team receives your priorities under the same three headings. For each facility, they can review demand signals, open Call Prep Intelligence, and record basic outreach activity. They can also explore additional opportunities and add facilities to their own Targeted this week list.
Your Flight Plan sets the direction. Your team builds the working week. Manager-selected and team-selected accounts remain identifiable.
The part that is easy to undersell
Call Prep does more than suggest what to say. It helps your team understand why a facility may be an opportunity — and how to turn that understanding into a more relevant sales conversation.
demandPILOT connects signals that a salesperson might otherwise see separately: active job advertisements, reported staffing shortfalls, existing agency utilization, and other indicators of potential staffing demand. Call Prep helps explain what those signals may mean together, why an account deserves attention, and what questions or approaches might be useful.
It provides practical conversation starters and guidance for connecting your agency’s staffing capabilities to the needs suggested by the data. This is particularly useful for salespeople who are unfamiliar with interpreting demand intelligence, while giving experienced reps a stronger basis for their outreach.
It is not a prescribed script or a guarantee of demand. Your salespeople still use their judgment, experience, and personality. The advantage is that they understand the intelligence behind the call — not just the name on a list.
When you want more detail
Individual market pages help you examine the commercial opportunity more closely. Depending on available information, you can review:
These layers can help you prioritize opportunities near an existing client relationship or available staff, rather than simply pursuing the facility with the strongest demand signal.
Two minutes · midweek
Return to the Manager Console to see how the Flight Plan is progressing: which facilities received outreach, what type of activity was recorded, and which accounts remain untouched.
Example: 11 of 23 accounts worked; 9 called, 4 emailed, 3 decision makers reached. These activity categories can overlap.
Use the midweek view to see where the team is making progress and where a reminder or change of direction may help. Download activity to a spreadsheet for reporting or follow-up.
Friday
Flight Plans and activity checkboxes reset at the end of the week. Download weekly activity before the reset if you want to preserve a record; the current version does not automatically archive past weeks. Then begin again with fresh demand signals, available capacity, and new priorities.
demandPILOT identifies where to focus, organizes the week, and confirms outreach activity. Your existing CRM remains the place for detailed contact records, conversations, pipeline management, and agreements.
Staffing shortfalls and reported agency spending are useful research context, but reading those figures back to a facility can sound accusatory. Published openings and your agency’s staffing capabilities are often more appropriate ways to begin a conversation — and there are wider ways to raise the subject, such as “we work with a lot of facilities that are fighting staffing ratios.”
Facilities outside the calling list remain available for future outreach, email campaigns, or nurture activity. The regional board exports with a Segment column for exactly that.
demandPILOT recommends and organizes. You decide priorities and how to apply the information.
Say so. Every number on the screen traces back to a published filing, and if one does not hold up we would rather fix it than have you stop trusting the list.
