Other Kinds of Staffing

Light Industrial and Back-Office Staffing

demandPILOT started in healthcare, where the public record is richest. It works the same way wherever a public filing gives a shortage away before a job ad does — and that is already true for light industrial.

Light industrial · warehouse, production, forklift, CDL

The same Monday list, read from different records

Every employer in your region comes from the federal register of establishments — plants, warehouses and distribution centers, not just the ones advertising. The shortage signal is the hours-worked filing employers send to OSHA: a site averaging more than 2,080 hours a year per worker — one full-time job — is running its people on overtime, which means it is short of people before it ever posts a job. Live job postings for warehouse, production, forklift and CDL roles sit beside it.

You get the same Manager Console, the same Flight Plan and the same pricing. In Preflight, choose Light industrial as the first answer.

Accounting, finance & back office

Scoped with you, sector by sector

For bookkeeping, tax-season, AP/AR and finance placements, the question is which register your clients actually sit on — CPA firm registrations, broker-dealers, hospital systems’ billing offices, or something narrower — and which filing gives a shortage away early. Tell us what you place and we will go and look for both, and tell you straight what we find.

What Makes a Kind of Staffing Work, and What We Look For

The product needs two things from the public record. Where both exist, a market is about a week of work. Where the second one does not, the honest answer is that demandPILOT has nothing to add beyond a list you could buy anywhere.

One · a complete register of the places that hire

Every place that could buy, not a sample of them

Medical has this: state health departments license every facility, so a market is every one of them rather than the ones who happen to be advertising. For finance and back office the question is which register your clients actually sit on — broker-dealers, CPA firm registrations, hospital systems’ revenue-cycle units, or something narrower.

Two · a filing that reveals a shortage before a job ad does

This is the hard one, and it is the whole product

A nursing home files its own nursing hours against what its residents need, and separately reports hours bought from an agency. A plant reports hours worked past 2,080. Both are a shortage admitted to a government before it reaches a job board. Without something like that, you have a list of companies, not a demand signal — and a list is not worth paying for.

What we would do with a conversation. Tell us what you place and who you place it into, and we will go and look for those two things in the public record for that sector. If they are there, we will say so and scope a build. If they are not, we will say that instead and you will have lost twenty minutes rather than a year. That answer is useful either way, and it does not cost anything.
